Partial Analytics Outage

    We are currently experiencing unavailability for some analytics components including Network Analytics, Ad Ops Analytics, and Bulk Exports. At this time, the root cause is understood to be an active AWS incident. ART19 will continue to monitor the situation.

    At this time, all other systems are operational - measurement is occurring as expected and is properly recorded. Metrics in analytics views spanning the impact period will be available to customers after incident resolution

    7:00 AM PT October 21st, 2025

    Impacted components became available around 10:00 PM PT October 20th, with full data availability at 5:30 AM PT October 21st. At this time, all systems are operational and recovered.
