  Beginning at approximately 10:05 pm PST, we have fully recovered from the earlier incident and are continuing to monitor the system for stability. Customers should expect the system to behave normally.

  Beginning at approximately 05:00 pm PST, we began experiencing degraded performance for systems responsible for the processing of uploaded episode audio and marker points. Customers may also be experiencing slow API/page performance overall. We believe we know the root cause and are taking steps to mitigate the issue. There are signs the system is on a path to recovery.
