Delays in Stats Processing

    Yesterday, we intitiated a disk expansion for our Kafka cluster and it failed. This operation is routine in nature, and does not usually cause any downtime. We have been in contact with the vendor that provides this service for us. There was an issue on their end that required manual intervention by their engineers. The intervention they performed looks like it caused data loss in regards to campaign change history. We are investigating with our vendor if there was in fact data loss, and to what extent. There may be gaps in campaign change history from yesterday until we can reprocess alternative audit data. The listen tracking should be back to normal processing. We will post an update when we know more.

    We are actively monitoring a slow recovery from a maintenance event. This is causing system wide stats delays. Data displayed in dashboards may be out of date and not updating. We will post an update as soon as things are returning to normal.
