Stats Delays

  We are still experiencing delays in the statistics data processing. Our upstream vendor is aware that we’re still experiencing trouble on their end. We are working closely with them to get everything caught up. The data available for charts is still several hours behind. We currently expect everything to be caught back up by tomorrow. We will post an update as soon as we have one. Thank you for your patience.

  Amazon Web Services has informed us that the outage on their end is recovering. We are able to start processing the delayed stats data. Expect it to take several hours to catch up because Amazon Web Services is throttling connections to Kinesis to ensure stability. Kinesis is used by many companies, and the effects of the outage are widespread across many systems and industries. Our systems are trending towards full recovery.

  We are actively monitoring an upstream issue at our cloud vendor Amazon Web Services. This is causing system wide stats delays, primarily for IABv2 users. Data displayed in dashboards may be out of date and not updating, but no data has been lost.
