What happened?
On 3/09/20 at ~9:30 AM PDT (UTC-7) an ad object was created in our system with unexpected data. This disrupted our ELT process.What was the impact?
All system statistics, including episode downloads and campaign impressions, were not updating for end-users of the ART19 app for approximately 4 hours. No data was lost during this time.How did we resolve the issue?
We changed our process to be tolerant of this kind of data. Data began processing again at approximately 2 pm PDT (March 9th, 2020).What steps are we taking to prevent future incidents?

The issue affecting stats has been resolved. There was no data loss, but it may take up to an hour for data to repopulate. We will provide a postmortem later this week.
