Processing has completed. Statistics are now fully up to date and this incident is resolved. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience the delay in processing may have caused. We have implemented changes to our data warehouse to prevent a similar incident in the future.

We determined the cause of the initial error was due to a bug in how our service provider, AWS Redshift, handles UTF-8 characters. Current data is being processed normally as of 4 AM PDT this morning. Missing statistics from 4 PM yesterday to 4 AM today will catch up over the course of the day.

Reprocessing failed, and we are working diligently to resolve the issue. Please note that no data has been lost and this only affects listen data that occurred after 4 PM PDT March 28, 2017.

We have an error in processing listen data that has resulted in delays in getting information processed and visible in the ART19 Content Management System. Statitics have not updated with listen data that occurred after 4 PM PDT March 28, 2017. We hope to determine the cause of the error soon.
