We have implemented several safegards to detect or prevent a similar incident in the future and are working closely with our infrastructure partner, Amazon Web Services, to make our processing pipeline resilient to unexpected region-wide failures like the one that caused this incident.

Our service provider, Amazon Web Services, experienced an Internet connectivity issue this morning. Since that time, we have been trying to recover, but have been under heavy traffic and underestimated the magnitude of the data backlog. We’re working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. Please note: no data has been lost, only our processing is delayed. We anticipate that our stats will be up to date later tonight.

We had a provider network issue processing listen data earlier that has resulted in delays in getting information processed and visible in the ART19 Content Management System. The issue has been corrected and you should start seeing your listen data from around 4 AM PDT (UTC-7) until 9 AM PDT (UTC-7) in the next hour or two. It will then catch up on the processing from 9 AM PDT (UTC-7) about an hour later. We expect it to take a few hours to get back to normal. We apologize for the inconvenience.
