    The system is running extremely slowly while our service discovery subsystem rediscovers all of our services. We expect this to take about a minute.

    6:37 PM PDT (UTC-7)

    After 6 minutes of downtime, the system has recovered. We have identified an unrelated issue with our service discovery subsystem that made itself evident after the problems this evening that we are in the process of resolving.

    6:31 PM PDT (UTC-7)

    Our systems have alerted us again that ART19.com cannot be reached. We are recovering the system.

    5:03 PM PDT (UTC-7)

    After 11 minutes of downtime, the system has recovered. We believe that all of the root causes have been identified and we are in the process of applying fixes to address all root causes.

    4:52 PM PDT (UTC-7)

    Our systems have alerted us again that ART19.com cannot be reached. We are recovering the system.

    After 2 minutes of downtime, the system has recovered. We are continuing to monitor the situation and have found several issues which we are in the process of resolving.
